About me and my story

Silicon Valley success and decline

I spent my entire career in computer security, thriving as a hacker and later in product management and leadership roles. Despite my professional success, my health began to decline seven years ago.

Chronic fatigue, spontaneous sleep episodes during executive meetings, deteriorating attention, and declining kidney health forced me to confront my health issues head-on.

Discovering neurotherapy and holistic health

In my quest for better health, I discovered neurotherapy—the science of changing brain function to improve mental performance. Initial successes with neurofeedback were promising but not sufficient.

This led me down the rabbit hole of holistic health, where I uncovered hidden issues like a decades-old Lyme infection, mold toxicity, severe inflammation, nutrient deficiencies, and under-methylation affecting my neurotransmitter production.
