My background

With a successful career in Silicon Valley as a hacker and product leader, I thrived in the fast-paced world of computer security.

But despite my professional achievements, my health began to decline severely. Chronic fatigue, brain fog, and declining kidney health forced me to take a hard look at my well-being and seek a solution beyond conventional methods.

My journey to neurotherapy, holistic health and coaching

Driven by a need to recover, I discovered the transformative power of neurofeedback and holistic health. My journey led me to uncover and address underlying issues like a decades-old Lyme infection, mold toxicity, and nutrient deficiencies.

Through studying with top experts in QEEG, neurotherapy, and holistic health, I overcame my attention deficits, healed my gut, and revitalized my energy.

In addition to my extensive training in QEGEG and neurotherapy, I studied with the Flow Research Collective and I'm now a Certified High Flow Coach.
